The last few months have been some of the busiest and most rewarding we have experienced at Blackrock Architecture Ltd. We have taken on a record amount of new work across a wide range of project types, and the momentum shows no sign of slowing down.
From loft conversions and garage conversions through to larger, multi-unit housing sites, the diversity of projects coming through our doors has been hugely exciting. Each scheme brings its own challenges, opportunities, and creative possibilities, and our team has relished the chance to work across such a broad spectrum of residential architecture.
One of the most encouraging aspects of this period has been the number of planning applications successfully approved. Securing planning consent is often the most critical stage of any project, and consistent positive outcomes reflect the quality of design, technical detail, and local knowledge we bring to every proposal. It is a clear sign that well-considered, policy-led architecture continues to be welcomed by planning authorities.
Alongside this, we have been delighted to receive several new five-star Google reviews from recent clients. Feedback like this means a great deal to us. It recognises not only the final design outcome, but also the process – clear communication, responsive service, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s brief. Trust is at the heart of what we do, and these reviews reinforce the strong relationships we aim to build on every project.
