The central property was actually an original dwelling sandwiched between a new build on either side. The property was extremely dated and in need of structural repairs, we prepared drawings to extend and remodel the original structure so that once finished it would appear as a brand-new dwelling which we feel has been successfully achieved.

The main approach here was to create quality, executive family homes, traditional in appearance with a modern twist. Beautiful face brickwork is complimented with the use of anthracite windows along with black fascia’s and soffits. Sustainability is the key here by using enhanced thermal measures throughout in conjunction with state-of-the-art Air Source Heat Pumps. Photovoltaic panels (solar panels) have also been fitted to inverters and battery storage systems to ensure the day to day running costs will be as cheap as possible. Indian Sandstone paving has been used externally along with stripy grass that Wimbledon would be proud of! We feel this is a great effort all round and our repeat client has once again built fantastic family homes.
