As a multi-discipline design practice we also undertake commercial, industrial & HMO work spanning across the following areas:

• Self-contained student accommodation
• HMO (House in Multiple Occupation)

We have been involved in industrial estates of up to 36 units on a single site totalling nearly 30,000ft² of commercial space and have completed many projects in the area of similar ilk. We have also been appointed to alter and extend countless shops in the Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury areas often providing flats above either for separate rental income or as managers accommodation.

With regards to hospitality we have obtained permission to change the use of structures / space to create restaurants with outside seating along with extending and altering numerous existing businesses from fish and chip shops to cafes to established restaurants.

The city of Canterbury has a bustling student intake due to the various college’s universities, shops, working opportunities and nightlife. We have converted countless buildings into HMO’s for students and professionals, we have also prepared working drawings for high end purpose built self-contained student blocks.
