The practice was founded in the South East of Kent and from the outset has established a reputation for good design and consistently high standards of service. This has been achieved through concentrating on building long term relationships with clients and construction industry professionals based on mutual respect and trust.

From 1st May 2008, it is mandatory to build new properties in accordance with the Code for Sustainable Homes technical guidelines. We are qualified assessors in order to ensure that the required aspects of the code can be implemented in our designs from the outset in order to ensure the smooth running of projects and a quality design with minimal extra over build costs.
